We ship products from our own online shop worldwide free shipping. Delivery will be made by DHL.
We deliver goods in stock within Europe – if not stated otherwise in the product – usually within 3 to 7 working days to the delivery address you have specified. Outside of Europe, the goods are usually delivered within 20 working days. If an item can not be shipped exceptionally within the usual delivery times, we will inform you as soon as possible of a new, expected delivery date. We point out that all information on the availability, shipping or delivery of a product is expected information and approximate guide values. They do not constitute a binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates.
We are required to declare the retail value of all international shipments and your shipment may be subject to a customs/import fee. International customers are responsible for any custom/import fees charged by their country. Please check the policies of your government as each country differs on this matter. In the instance of a product that is shipped from Europe, customers may incur custom/import fees.
All artworks are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. Damaged goods should be reported within 7 days after receiving the parcel by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with clear pictures of damaged goods (still in the original packaging and with address label showing on the picture). Please note that we do not ship any artwork in frames, all artwork is shipped in tubes (unless otherwise noted in the product description).
The return of the goods is at your expense.

All prices in the online shop are inclusive of statutory taxes. Mistake and changes in prices are reserved. Carphiles offers Paypal and credit card as payment methods. With each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.
